What Time Is It?

We are learning how to tell time. Yay!! 

Throughout this unit your child will be learning how to tell time to the hour, half hour and five-minute intervals. They will also be learning terms like "half past", "quarter after", "quarter til", "thirty minutes after...", and "thirty minutes before...".

How can you help your child at home? It's simple. Help them with their telling time homework is one way to help. Another way to help is to ask your child "what time is it?" Have them look at an analog clock and read you the time. This practice is great and reinforces what's being done in the classroom.
